I had a package I'd been carrying around for two years and started taking it after I came down with a stomach flu. Most of the symptoms lessened quickly. Bought this for the next time.

I've been using this product for years now and have found that, if used at the first symptoms of flu AS WELL AS A COLD, it works very well to either shorten the duration and severity of illness or prevent illness all together! Good product!
