The health benefits of burdock are undeniable, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover it's mellow taste.

I thought this wouldbe bitter but it is a very nice tasting tea. Very easy to drink and healthy!

I like to take a chai tea bag and one of these burdock teabags and make my morning tea complete with ground cacao nibs, and a tablespoon of butter. Burdock has a "peppery" flavor to it. It blends well with a chai flavor.
