We started taking Zinc to help with the cold season as Zinc is known to have possible benefits in this department. You'll find that the 21st Century brand offers an excellent value as they don't spend as much as the big players advertising. The bottle has 110 tablets, enough for the entire family. The pills can be broken too. We take this product along with Vitamin C especially during the cold and nasty wintery and Spring months just around the corner. Please click on my profile!

This is the most affordable zinc supplement on iHerb! It has good quality and comes in a good form (as Amino Acid Chelate) which is far more better than zinc oxide. I will order more of it. Это самый дешевый цинк на iHerb'e. Он стоит всего $2 и при этом довольно высокого качества, так как этот цинк идет в форме цинк хелат, которая очень хорошо воспринимается организмом, в отличии от распространенного в аптеках цинка в форме цинк оксид.

Zink deficiency is quite common. RDA is around 10 mg a day, but new clinical trials suggest it is better to consume 15-30 mg a day. A normal diet yields at most 10-15 mg, so supplementing 5-10g a day is adviced. I take one of theese zink tablets once a week, which evens out to about 7 mg a day. I'm perfectly happy with it, and will purchase again when it runs low.
