변비에 정말 직빵이네요! 내성이 생길까봐 걱정이긴 하지만 과식하는 날에 마셔주고 있어요 ㅋㅋ 근데 요새 맨날 마신다는 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

처음엔 먹고 바로 화장실 갔는데 이것도 자주 마시니 내성이 생기는지 전 주로 자기전에 마시는데 다음날 화장실 가요^^ 배가 아프니까 아픈거 싫은 사람은 피하는게 좋을거 같아요 그래도 마시기 거북 하지도 않고 장청소약 먹느니 전 이거 마실래요^^

라스베리도 샀었는데,그것보다 훨씬 먹을만합니다. 국화차 같은 맛이나요. 라즈베리 맛은 진짜 마실때마다 토가 나올것 같았거든요. 이것도 마시면 화장실 잘 갑니다. 하지만 자주마시는건 안좋을것 같아요.

늘 변비로 고생하는데 차로 마실수 있어서 간편하고 효과는 정말 좋아요... 티백하나를 2리터 물병에 넣어서 우려 마셨는데 배도 안아프고...

마시기도 편하고 효과도 바로 볼수있는 다이어트차인듯... 변비에 효과적이나 매일 마시면 내성이 조금은 생기는듯하구요 입맛이 떨어져서 군것질을 덜하게 되는듯.. 저는 효과 100%
