Nature's Formulary Chyawanprash plays an important role in balancing the doshas, when used as part of a holistic regimen including diet, exercise, massage and life-style changes. Our Chyawanprash is based on the 2,000 year old recipe from the Charaka Samhita, the first treatise of Ayurveda. Nearly 40 ingredients are used. This combination of ingredients is believed to have potent free radical scavenging activity. Scientists believe that just one serving provides many times the antioxidant power of Vitamin C!
