Good for sore throat

This is very good for sore throat and infections in mouth area. Only problem is that it doesn't have USDA organic labelling so it will be difficult to judge how pure this product actually is.

Creatine is a myostatin blocker so it can help you building muscle fast. However, creatine can also lift your DHT ( dihydrotestosterone ) levels, so it may be good idea to take it with nettle root and/or saw palmetto, if you dont want become muscle man without hair.

Powders are generally better than many capsules, because most powders don't contain magnesium stearate, that can make nutrient absorption more difficult. Doctor's Best MSM doesn't contain magnesium stearate. Very good.

Now D3 is good product made of lanolin and it doesn't contain magnesium stearate. At the moment, Now D3 is my favorite vitamin D. ( I have used before Michael's Naturopathic D3 5000 IU with K2, but I stopped because it contain magnesium stearate, that can prevent nutrient absorption. )

Thiss stuff woks even when you don´t exercise! Very good choice for fast weight loss. I have taken about 4-6 per day which is more than suggested. I would suggest taking max 2 caps at once. Also, combine this with sugar-free foods.
