This magnesium was perfect for our son. It did not upset his stomach and fit our needs as gluten, casein and soy free.

This is one of the few herbal allergy medicines that actually work for me (Ragweed is my worst offending allergen.) It works very fast at giving relief, although you do have to keep taking it for continued relief (like most meds.) Great price at iherb.com, too.

I'm a very big fan of the Bluebonnet supplements. I feel like their quality and prices are excellent. And, they fit into our very limited dietary needs of being gluten, casein and soy free. Great products!
