I have been taking Udo's Choice probiotics (Adult Blend and Super 8) for several years and have been so happy with them. They are gentle enough for my really messed-up intestines (from Crohn's Disease) and yet make a huge difference with my health. I always feel better when I remember to take my daily Super 8 pill.

I have Crohn's Disease and haven't been able to take other iron supplements, but this goes down easy and is actually increasing my iron stores! First to do so besides blood transfusions (I'm pretty anemic). Definite thumbs-up!
