It works on lips, abrasions, super-dry skin. I work with detergent a lot, and my hands are a disaster. This helps so much.

I used to take 2 tablespoons of this every day. It's great to be able to get such a deal at iherb. I put it in my salad dressing as a nutritional boost.

I tried mixing this in water, and it just made me gag. It's REALLY hard to get down. But when I just put the powder straight on my tongue and down it with water, it works great. My advice, do only 1/2 - 3/4 scoop at a time. And don't breath through your mouth!! But still, I'll probably stick to capsules when I'm done with this jar.

I love the protein. It's not sweetened, so you have to expect that it won't be sweet on it's own. I appreciate being able to flavor it to my own specifications. But the labeling on the package - UGH! When you open the package, you have to cut the protective film. Well the protective film is the label itself. So, the first time I opened it, the WHOLE package label came off in one piece!! Now I have a plain, white, unmarked plastic canister. I have to look it up online whenever I need to know the nutrient breakdown, etc. GOL, I'm really disappointed in you.

I've been adding more protein to my diet. I love whey, but most whey's are the inferior isolates. This is the real deal. Pure whey concentrate. No sugars, no fillers. I love it.

It's tasteless when mixed with fruit juice. but don't even try using just water. yikes. I once tried putting the drops down my throat and chasing it with water. that was a mistake. but this stuff works. I think my skin is better (I'm doing so many things, it's hard to know what is doing what), but my nails are clearly better from this.

I met LordPharaoh years ago and was so impressed with his skin. But I'd forgotten about this stuff. I got the sample, and am now ordering more. It makes your skin feel soooo good!
