대부분 정보가 2000iu만 섭취하면 된다고 나와있는데 healthy origins의 제품이 저렴해서 이걸로 구매했네요. 베스트셀러에 있는걸 보면 이 수치는 그다지 높지 않는듯.. 나이드신 분들은 하루에 3번 복용하면 괜찮을것 같아요.

그래도 라이프포스보다는 떨어지는것 같네요. 확실히 몸이 느끼고 있어요. 그래도 적절한 포뮬러를 가지고 있는것 같네요.
