비타민b5를 6g씩 메가도즈로 복용하니 피부에 아무것도 안났습니다. 비타미b5용량을 3g으로 줄이고 3알씩 복용하고 있습니다. 효과가 좋은 듯 합니다. 15년 여드름이 드디어 안납니다.

피부에 자극이 덜하구요 발림성이 좋고 백탁현상이 없습니다. 다만 조금 번들거리기는 합니다. 제가 써본 썬크림 중에 젤루 괜찮아요
