This supplement helped tremendously with my 'brain fog'. It is one of the 'required' ingredients in my OTC meds, RX meds, and supplement regime that enables me to live with CFIDS and thyroiditis.

If you need to get your magensium levels up-this is an excellent way to do it. It will not cause diarrhea as other forms of magnesium will. Is a big help with muscle stiffness

If you are suffering from perimenopause or menopause symptoms and are getting no help from your doc-try this. It does work, BUT-if you take thyroid hormone replacement, you MAY have to up that dosage-I did. Soy products can interfere with thyroid hormones.
