I find this to be very effective. I use it in conjunction with Heel Apis Hommacord to control hives from both food and airborne allergies.

I've found this to be very helpful in controlling the hives that I get from allergies. I especially like using it with Heel Apis. I'm down to using a maintenance dose of just once or twice daily.

I've found this to be helpful in controlling my IBS. I'm down to a once a day maintenance dose, but I sometimes increase it temporarily if I have a flair up.

I use this to help with the hives I get due to extreme allergies. I use Apis and Schwef-Heel each a couple times per day to help prevent the hives if I'm dealing with airborne allergies. Unforunately, there's nothing that will prevent hives if I eat something I shouldn't. Still, I highly recommend this product. It's really improved my life.
