take 3 large glasses of this a day with a little apple juice and water and watch your health and wellbeing go to the next level. i also take a glass of the miracle reds everyday as well. My energy levels are tremendous.

i have a glass of macrogreens in the morning and a glass of the miracle reds in the evening this stuff has changed my life. i never feel like im ever going to get ill!!

ive pretty much whittled down my supplements to just these. feel great on them have two in the morning and two at night. i find source naturals the best brand and i also take there gaba supplement which makes me sleep like a lamb!!!
