Taste's not bad (it's a protein bar after all), reminds me of Snickers. Good amount of protein and keeps you full with the peanuts for long.

Don't help a lot after a heavy meal. I prefered "Nature's Answer, Daily Digestive Enzyme" which helped me a lot, in a matter of minutes.
