I was a little apprehensive about ordering these because it doesn't say raw on the package, but they sprouted well for me. I did the short soak, and put them in a sprouting jar for a couple days, and little tails emergerd! Great for making blender pancakes, tossing into a soup, or just toasting and eating with some honey. Just remember that these are a fruit - my daughter has allergies to seemingly all fruits, and cannot eat buckwheat either.

I love this face wash. It really does clean me thoroughly, and has helped my skin be softer and clearer. During the summer I follow it up with a moisturizing homemade soap, and during winter I use a little lotion and my skin is great!

I think this is sweeter than what others had been saying, at least the batch I received. I use 1/2 tsp to replace 1&1/2 cups sugar! I've used it for both baked goods and fresh items, and though I used too much for some of my earlier attempts, it didn't turn the whole dish bitter, but just overly sweet. So glad to have a sweetener that is really an herb!

Though there still are occasional uses for garlic oil (such as ear-aches) I look for Kyolic whenever I have a cold or infection or think the leftovers I hurriedly ate for lunch didn't taste quite right. This bottle is actually big enough to last us a while and definitely makes a huge difference.
