I like the way New Chapter makes their vitamin supplements from whole foods. I have taken different brands of Vitamin B and this is the best! It is digested easily, it is gentle on my system, and I get more and better results from this brand.

I have been using Primal Defense since 1998 and I also give it to my girls. I used to have bad allergy and respiratory problems twice a year and it kept getting worse. Since I've been on Primal Defense, I don't have these problems anymore.
