I have to take medicines for allergy all the time, I found this product in a health store, and is good to use it between medicines, or when I am out of the house, it helps with sneezing and cough, I love bring them in my purse at all times.

Taking to my Dr. he suggested that 2.000 mg. of vitamin D is the correct amount , and I founded!

I need to eat almonds because is good to lower cholesterol, but I also have diverticulosis, so I can not eat nuts, so the flour almond is perfect, I added to my cereal, oat meal,ice cream, etc.
