This multi is easy on the stomach because it calls for two pills a day. Vitamins often upset my stomach, this does not. I just take one with lunch and one with breakfast.

This product is added to my oatmeal, cereals, meatloaf. It helps with my IBS and provides extra protein without dealing with whey sensitivity.

This shampoo actually does make your hair feel clean. I actually received a compliment on how the sheen in hair after using this product.

I ordered the Rice and Pea Ultra Shake which is said to have 8 grams of pea protein and 6 grams of rice protein. I received a shake with 14 grams of just Pea protein. Pea protein by itself does not contain a balanced profile. Evidently the stock numbers on both these product are the same and the company has no idea what they are shipping. I now have to go through the trouble of sending this product back and not knowing how to order the correct product as the numbers are the same. Customer service seems to think this is my fault saying the product received is what I ordered.
