IMO, the best multivitamin multiminerals whole food supplement available. I've been hard-pressed to find a whole food multi that has everything that is in this product. The mini-tabs are also very easy to swallow. I swallow three at a time two times a day with no problem.

Excellent quality!!! With the basic need to supplement 1000g of vitamin C, this product is the best. I used to swallow two 500g, but this is much more convenient. I feel confident in the Source Naturals brand, and this product also contains beneficial bioflavinoids, also.

Excellent ingredients. It doesn't smell quite as nice as the night cream, but it's a great product. The smooth, creamy texture absorbs easily into the skin. Your face feels wonderful after application.

I purchased this as an alternative to whey and other milk-based protein supplements. This is a super-fine powder that you have to scoop carefully to prevent a dust cloud in the kitchen. Also, the taste takes some getting used to. I generally used to mix whey with water and gulp. It's difficult to do the same with this. I've mixed it in fruit smoothies also, but I'm still adapting to the taste, which is difficult to describe.
