I think these supplements speed up my metabolism. I have been taking these ever since my chiropractor tested me for iodine deficency. Apparently,lots of people who eat mostly natural foods are iodine deficent because of the lack of iodine in sea salt. These supplement have helped, but they make me hungry:) The will help your thyroid to functin more effectively.

This supplement made me heart race and clouded my mind. I would not recommend taking this Herb. The racing heart side effect was scary and it made it hard to concentrate.

I love this line of Avalon products. They make my skin feel great. I put this on my eyes and forehead at night and in the morning. It is not greasy and can be worn under makeup. I would defintley recommend this lotion over the other similar avalon wrinkle creme--the other one is greasy, more expensive per ounce, and cannot be worn under makeup. I would highly recommend this one. It does have a distinct smell, but the smell is fairly light and you get used to it. I am very sensitive to scented products and this one does not bother me.

I have tried several different organic, vegan eye creams. This one is my favorite. It is very moisturizing without being greasy and it doesn't have a strong smell. Great cruelty-free product!!!

This is an okay product. Flax oil is great, but this one doesn't taste as good as Barleans. It is a great price though and tastes okay. If you don't like the taste of flax oil very much, I would buy Barlean's instead.

Great Product!!! I love this line of Avalon Organics. They make your skin glow and prevent wrinkles. I would highly recommend this product. It does have a very distinct smell. I am very sensitive to strong smells and perfume, but this one does not bother me.

Bad Flavor!!!

I was not happy with this stevia powder. I understand that it is less processed than the other Stevia powders that I love. I don't mind that it's green, it just tastes bad. Even though I am a vegan health food junkie, I do not like this kind of Stevia powder, so I can't imagine who would. It has a strange & unpleasant after taste and does not dissolve well in liquids. Some people mentioned that it is good in smoothies. I never sweeten smoothies--I just use straight fruits & veggies, so I can't speak to that. Buy the NOW Stevia powder instead! I can't even seem to give the stuff away.

A great natural sleep aid

I have a lot of trouble sleeping, but only use natural sleep aids. This is one of my favorites. The taste is pleasant enough and the chewable nature makes of this supplement gets it into your system fast.

I have been using this product for a long time. Whenever I feel a migraine coming on, I have this handy. The roller ball massages your temples and the lavender and pepermint smell is fantastic!

I have been taking this supplement for a about a year in addition to NOW COQ10 lozenges. The combination of these 2 supplements has worked better for my migraine prevention than any of the 15+ prescription migraine meds that I have tried in the past 10 years--and without all of the negative side effects. This is a great product and iherb has a grear price.
