I find Curamin to be an excellent aid in reducing and/or eliminating discomfort due to almost any kind of reason (over-use of body such as pulling weeds; muscle spasm in lower back; strenuous workouts; etc.) I'm so glad to do away with aspirin, tylenol, and all the other pain relievers.

DIM reduces my hot flashes but not by a huge amount. I take it more becuase I know what it does for estrogen metabolism rather than a big effect.
