This product has been something of a lifesaver for me. Hot flashes and a dark cloud hanging over me were making me cranky and miserable. Pregnenolone levelled things out. I was ok with just 10mg a day for nearly 2 years. Had to move up to 25 now, but I'm happy.

Haven't been taking it quite 6 weeks yet and it's supposed to take that long to really kick in. Don't see any difference as far as metabolism, but for some reason it seems to keep my digestive tract moving right along (in a good way).
