Taurine has many good functions in the body, the main reason i use it is to aid my liver to flush out toxins, the taste is'nt great but tolerable.

Testosterone boost

I notice my testosterone levels have improved abit with this stuff, it is supposed to be a anti aromatising compound similiar to how DIM and Chyrsin work, will continue to use it for longer and evaluate more.
