My husband and I mix this product with other ingredients to make a smoothie that we have been drinking for breakfast for about 10 years. It is the best tasting yeast I have found. IHerb sell it for the best price.

I have been using this product for several years. It has a fruity flavor and mixes well with other fruit juices or water; but I like to take one tablespoon a day mixing it with my protein smoothie every morning. I think it is a great product.

This product has really helped a lot. I had urinary symptoms caused from bad bacteria and this product furnished the good bacteria that are suppose to live in the urinary track. In a few days, I felt much better.
