I like this stuff because it doesn't have sugar or artificial sweeteners in it. Because it's just whey protein, it doesn't have that "whang" that comes from artificial sweeteners and fake flavor. Highly recommended!

This is my first use of fish oil, so I can't compare across brands. However, I have seen a big improvement in my ability to recover in weight training since I started using this fish oil.
