These made me incredibly drowsy when I took them. I felt very relaxed, but lethargic. May help with ADHD in calming you down, but not so much the mental aspect of improving concentration and focus. Did not help with memory like ADHD medication does. If you are trying to find an alternative for ADHD medication, this may not be the best choice, but may help if combined with something else.

This works really well at putting me to sleep, but it defeats the purpose when you have such intense, vivid and scary dreams that wake you up in the middle of the night every night :/

I prefer this over kava, not as intense and doesn't give me as bad insomnia and memory loss. I use it to instantly calm my nerves and stress, works really well, I'm impressed. I will continue to use this product :)

This would be great if it didn't cause insomnia. I feel so much more relaxed when I take it, but then I keep waking up in the middle of the night :/

not as calming as I hoped, kava is better

I'm usually very sensitive to supplements and medication, but I didn't notice any effect whatsoever from this. I was hoping for stress reduction, but it seemed to just make me more irritable.

I actually strained kava myself when I first started drinking it and it tasted aweful, so I switched to getting it in pill form, but ended up breaking them open because 100 mg was too strong for me. So I got this tea, and was surprised to find that it actually tastes pretty good, like cinnamon, and my mouth doesn't go numb drinking it. Kava really relaxes me and eases my stress. I even had a horrible rash that persisted for months. After I started taking kava it just went away. I was amazed. I realized that the rash was stress related the whole time. No wonder every cream under the sun didn't work. I take it in the morning because it keeps me up at night for some reason. It has an odd combination of making you alert yet relaxed at the same time. The pills I were taking were interfering with my concentration at work, even though I could speak to others much more easily without anxiety (I work at a help desk), which is why I opted to try this tea. It's cheap and I got it really fast which was even better.

really good if you mix it with coffee or even decaf coffee, not so great on it's own. Still working on my caffiene addiction though.

I decided to try this out to help me with my social anxiety. I worked really well, but it is way to strong for me and vitamin B makes me irritable, even in small doses. So, I'm going to get the lower dose of 100 mg withough the inositol, and even cut that in half to 50 mg. trust me, don't start out with the strongest dose, lol. People kept asking me if I was OK all day, because I was so extremely mellow. But I was less frightened around strangers, which is great and what I was looking for anyway.

I liked this product at first and how relaxed I felt, but I had increased thoughts of voilence and suicide. I stopped taking it and now I'm back to normal. It works the same way that anti-anxieties work, and many of those medications can increase thoughts of suicide. Also, be careful if you take epilepsy medication as it can interfere with that. I started having more petite maul seizures. Plus I had a hard time remembering things. I've decided to stick with my Blue Vervain for now. I'm sure this can work on others, but I highly recommend that you stop taking it if you have any of the above symptoms that I experienced :/

valarian root is better by itself

not as energizing as I hoped, doesn't taste very good either.
