All shirataki noodles have a light algae like aftertaste, so it's best to rinse them under hot water before use. I like my fettucine in a hot tomato sauce with chili, garlic, celery, oregano and basil.

Great for asian dishes

These noodles are a perfect calorie free substitute for asian noodles. They have a light aftertaste that gets a lot better if you rinse them in hot water before use. They taste really good with teriyaki or other soy sauce based sauces.

Good ingredients but didn't like the taste

These are good bars with relatively high fiber and protein, but I personally didn't like the taste of this version too much. I will try other ThinkThin bars though, but the white chocolate had a funny aftertaste. The chunky inside was delicious though, so I assume other bars with different glazing may be fine!
