This supplement is easily digestable and gives me no complaints.

It really has helped improve my digestion and stool. However if you have a soy allergy this might not be the right one for you. It is gluten free though. This is my favorite probiotic so far from all the other ones I have tried

I have suffered from heartburn for a long time and on a hunch decided to try out this enzyme. My heartburn was gone with the first time I took it. I take 2 pills with each meal and not only was my heartburn gone, but my gas and bloating as well. Even though i eat super healthy I had no idea how enzyme deficient i was.

I ordered this on a recommendation of a friend, but have to say I was disappointed. I can't feel a difference at all. The New Chapter spoonable probiotic powder is so far the best I have tried out.
