I have used this product for a few years but do not know if it has positively affected my life.It seems to be a complete probiotic and that's why I take it.

My husband and I were both disappointed that his fasting blood glucose was 92 and 3 months later after using Cinsulin his blood glucose was 90. I don't think that is a significant decrease so we will not reorder this product. I think it is a good antioxidant but it did not lower glucose in our family.
