Great product with all 3 forms of magnesium combined..It help me relaxes the muscles and other uses not as harsh as the magnesium citrate alone of the bowels..Great Product..

Product gave him a serious upset stomach but i have a friend that uses it becuase of the diabetes neuropathy..Other than that iherb has great service and product and would recommend them to anyone ...
