I used these for PMT. I definitely believed that they worked for this! After about 9 months, my symptoms were gone.

I definitely shopped around for nutritional yeast, and this was the best price I found. I use it in cooking and have found it has a nice flavour.

Reasonably priced. I can't comment a lot on the benefits of it in particular, but I felt my general health is better from taking it.
