I am in line for a hip replacement and have had considerable pain. I'm trying to avoid 'the knife' for as long as possible and 2 months ago started taking 2 tablespoons of gelatin/day. I mix it up in juice and drink it right down. It really does seem to have helped, though it hasn't eliminated the problem. Yesterday I was on my feet from 10am til 6pm packing and moving. Today my hip is a bit sore. I simply could not have done that before the gelatin.

I have had cold feet my whole life, and that is quite a LONG time. It had got to the point where I had to warm my feet in water before I went to bed or I just simply couldn't sleep, they bothered me so much. Since taking 1 drop of this each morning, cold feet are history. Even if they feel cold when I go to bed, I can warm them up easily and very quickly just by holding one at a time against my other leg [spouse long ago banned cold feet from touching any part of his anatomy :)].

I got this for my husband (total cholesterol 250)after his doctor wanted to put him on a statin drug. I had already tried a bunch of other things for him with no success. He got tested last week and was down to 208! He did though, put himself on a diet and lost 20 lbs, so perhaps it was the combination that gave such good results.
