I've been wanting to try an alternative deodorant for a while now in my continued effort to eliminate unnatural and possibly harmful/toxic products. I was skeptical, but I have been pleasantly surprised. Even through intense workouts, this deodorant keeps me relatively dry and odor free.

I like the feel of this cream as it goes on, however the scent is rather strong and off putting to me. Haven't noticed any visible change in my skin, but it has only been a few weeks and I don't use it very regularly.

I use this as a flour substitute in baking. It's my first time using almond flour so I think I will like it more as I get used to using it.

I drink an ACV "cocktail" three times a day. I really buy into the health benefits of apple cider vinegar and I believe the organic Braggs brand with the "mother" is especially beneficial.
