This does not do what it says it does. Made me bloated and gained weight.

As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Oz is a big SCAM. I have tried many of the supplements he has had on his show and recommends and not a single one works.

This made me gain weight! The only thing that lost weight, by buying & using these products recommended by Dr. Oz, was my wallet!

The taste is absolutely horrible! Threw it out. Even the birds would not eat it.
