This is a hypoallergenic product (almost all other probiotics seem to have maltodextrin etc as fillers), using a strain that can handle the transit through the body without dying off early in the process. It's been very helpful. Thx Thorne :)

A great product, but still too strong for those with sensitive stomachs (like me). And as usual, the old Jarrows problem - put stearates in everything. With a better filler (l-leucine etc) and a lower dose, like 125mg (as other leading brands are doing now), this would be perfect.

Can't find Rowachol in Australia, so I'm using the Peppermint oil component in these to gently work on gallstones. Digestion has improved too of course :)

Switched to these from Digest (also by Enzymedica) to save money. These are good, but now I feel it's worth paying more for the higher potency product.

It simply takes too long to use this up, and in the meanwhile, the powder is affected by moisture and gets very grainy. Not sure how much the potency is affected by oxidation, but I'm switching to drops soon. I do like DMAE though!

I've used many varieties in the past, this one is not so handy. Compartments are too small, it's fiddly and the case is too big for the amount it can hold.
