Capsules are much easier to take than the powder form. This Japanese chlorella is top quality and the price on Iherb is the best!

Cleans teeth without fluoride. Mint flavor is not over-powering. Have been using this for some time and find it's better than the major toothpaste brands.

This is a great and safe way (for women especially) to get needed Vitamin A. The gels are easy to swallow.
