I believe the amount and type of oil we consume reflect greatly on our physical apperance, and as such NOW Foods Apricot kernel oil is one of the most beneficial.

I love bilberry because it enhances my vision, circulatory and vascular systems. Actually, I love most berries. I would just gulp a handful if money permits. As for Hawthorn, I feel so blessed to be able to use this product. It helps so much. It really strengthen the heart muscle. Personal favorite!

As always, a good choice. I don't know of alternative that offer the same level of ingredients. NOW Foods has no competing product that I am aware of.

Dr. Mercola strongly discourages anyone from using Whey Protein Isolates! Go for Whey Protein concentrate! Big Difference! Unfortunately, I ordered this after I learned of its health problems. I knew about this but got it mixed up with Isolates vs. concentrate. Hopefully I could return my unopened 10lbs. bag and 5 lbs bottle. Say No to Whey (isolates)!
