I have been trying to control my diabetes with diet and chromium. I was dropping slowly with diet alone, about 5 to 10 a day. I went from just over 300 to 250 in about 2 weeks. After going on the chromium I dropped to 150 in a few days. My vision is almost back to normal and I have a lot more energy. I didn't want the pharmacy medications to control the blood sugar because of how hard they are on my kidneys and liver. I'm glad I went this route.

I pour 1/4 of a shot glass and gulp it before a meal and I immediately put some food in my mouth. It's the only way I can tolerate it. I was having lots of muscle cramps and after second week, they were gone. Works well for cramps. 4 stars because it works great. Missing star is for the taste.

I take about 6 a day and they work great. Blood sugar has dropped considerably and I do not crave sweets. Actually I don't crave a lot of food either. 4 stars because they do drop my blood sugar, but I have to take so darn many , so - the 5th star for that. I have bought a higher potency for my next test.

My wife mixes it with coffee and she likes it. It tends to make the coffee taste stronger than I like. 2 stars because my wife likes it, and I can live without it. Too rich for my taste, but it is a great price so 2 stars for good price.
