I'm what you would call a skeptic when it comes to homeopathic remedies, but I've been taking this for a while and it seems to work. I developed arthritis in my wrist last year, and I've been taking this ever since (1000mg/day). I don't know about scientific proof, but I do know when I forget to take it for a day or two because my wrist starts to ache. It normally really doesn't bother me that much. I guess that means it works!
