i am taking 4 capsules a day. very effective, no side effects whatsoever.

i take two a day, one at night and one in the morning. seems to help (supposed to boost testosterone naturally). no side effects at all. also recommend 750-1000mg of L-arginine/L-ornithine twice a day, for improved blood flow. the combination seems quite effective. but nothing works well unless you are fit and control your weight.
