I've used these for the last 3 years as my "A" supplement post-wls. They are wonderful! Great absorbtion and small too!

I just recently switched to these from another Zinc supplement I'd been using and this increased my zinc level within 2 weeks whereas the other took 2 years and didn't do anything! This is a Fantastic Zinc supplement.
