I was not impressed. I really think that it made me sick. I had an awful headache and all I can credit it to this product. Maybe it was because I was not eating a lot wile talking it. Afraid to try it again.

I always wanted to take coconut oil, unrefined and organic etc for the health benefits. But I could not force myself to eat the stuff! The pills are great. I take 10 daily. Have not noticed any weight loss but I intend to continue taking it for the other benefits and perhaps when I start to eat right, then the coconut oil will help the weight to come off too. Thanks iHErb!

Got this for for my dog. I was told that ACV and blackstrap molasses woudl good to help prevent itching. Well she would not eat her food with all of the vinegar on it so the caps are great. I think it has helped with the itching.
