Calcium, magnesium, and zinc are essential minerals for your body. The liquid form is much more easily assimilated by the body, so this is a great choice for a calcium supplement. It includes calcium citrate, which is the best form of calcium for your body. If you suffer muscle cramps or spasms, this could help, along with a host of other health concerns. The only downside is that it can be difficult to remember to take it every day after it gets pushed to the back of the refrigerator.

This is a good product to keep on hand during pregnancy or breast-feeding. I would prefer an iron-free version, though, as the iron carbonyl ingredient causes some constipation. I find Eclectic Institute's VitaNatal formula to have a nicer iron blend that is easier on the body (amino acid chelate) in case you are prone to this problem.

This sorghum flour makes gluten-free blends taste amazing (especially with a little coconut flour mixed in). I would like to use it more often, but for economists like me, the price is prohibitive, since you have to use so much of it at a time. I would like to find a good source of the whole grains and grind them myself.

This product is high quality and economical. I add it to almost all of my gluten-free baked products, and it adds a lightness and sweetness to everything. You won't find it cheaper anywhere else. Use it sparingly (a couple of tablespoons in pizza crust)...coconut flour soaks up a lot of liquid. High in fiber!!
