When I was 20, I was still dealing with health issues that I had had most of my life. Being overweight and tired all the time, I found the world of health and natural healing. Even then, I realized, before it was a fad, that to be healthy and fit, one should eat healthy, like a fit person would eat. I didn't believe in diets then as now; I believed in life style changes that should be permanent. My first real job was working in a GNC, and it was a good learning place. I lost all the extra weight I had, by eating as naturally as I could and exercising at a women's gym every other day. Forward 30 plus years...
