Licorice root extract is good for building up your adrenals and this product is pure licorice root with no additives or fillers.

I have not tested my progesterone levels, so don't know the efficacy of this product. The only thing I don't like is it is hard to get it totally absorbed. As always thanks to iHerb for great service and prices.

LEF Magnesium Threonate is pricey (Jarrow's is less expensive) but as it has been involved in studies recently that prove it is the only magnesium that has the ability to cross the blood brain barrier I am trying it out. I have nearly finished one bottle and while I am not sure of its affect on my cognitive ability I do think the leg and foot cramps I was having have improved considerably.

I ordered this for my daughter who is having trouble with her blood sugar. I have read several sites since ordering this that report good results with Gymnema and blood sugar when combined with Alpha Lipoic Acid.

I think this is the easiest way to take a vitamin as it tastes good and it is the methylcobalamin form of B12. This form of B12 is the preferred one for people with thyroid disorders.

If I take one capsule I am nodding off within 30 minutes of taking it. My sleep is deep and sound for at least 7 hours but often at that point I am awake and ready to take on the world.
