While this is a good product, I have recently switched to NOW Beta-Alanine powder. It's cheaper plus it has scientific backing for its main ingredient: Carnosyn (trademark).

Irritated my prostate

After using this product for a few months (2 to 4 capsules per day), I have observed that my prostate got irritated, accompanied with difficulty in urinating. After I stopped using this product, the symptoms went away. While the initial intake of the product made me feel rejuvenated, prolonged use had an adverse effect on my prostate. Use with caution.

During my 7 days of taking this, I had red acne appeared on my face and scalp. Good thing there are only 7 capsules, otherwise, I might still have suffered more. To those who doesn't get acne form biotin, then this is a good product.

I do not like this product. I did not notice any good effects on my skin or scalp. I'm using the much cheaper Desert Essence Jojoba Oil which has more benefits like sebum control, hair follicle cleansing, etc.

It did not help me recover faster when I was having colds. It also gave me stomach problems. I was taking the recommended dose of 3 caps per day. It also seems to affect my hormones as I feel rather flat. I did not experience any of the purported health benefits from this product. The sames goes when I was taking other strain of Cordyceps like the CS-4 that is offered by other brands.
