This is a nice sugar with a low glycemic level. Works well in recipes though not as sweet as one is expecting, which isn't a problem for me.

This is good, organic coconut flour. It does seem like it could be finer though, as there is some texture to it. I think Bob's Red Mill coconut flour is a bit finer. I like using coconut flour for gluten-free baked goods (I am gluten-free), as it is very low carb and so will not spike your blood sugar/insulin levels.

My mother and I have been using this product for a few months. She has Hashimoto's and is using this along with several other supplements, as well as the Body Ecology Diet, which I am also doing. It is an excellent mineral product. My mother has improved dramatically (probably mostly from the diet). It seems to have a slight cleansing effect when you first begin taking it. It is also not a problem to take up to 6 of these per day, as they do not seem to build up in your system. The fulvic and humic acid I believe can actually break up excess calcium and mineral build-up in the body, as well as make supplements/foods/herbs you take them with more bioavailable.

The smell of this is amazing; like orange cream, with a hint of vanilla. It is all natural, which is very important. It helps to eliminate bad odors, not just mask them. The lime also smells great, but this is my favorite.

I previously used the Nutiva Raw coconut oil, which was delicious. When I couldn't find it anymore (I'm not sure why it is no longer available anywhere), I wanted to find another good, raw coconut oil. Artisana's raw coconut oil is actually better than the Nutiva brand! It is creamy, smooth, and has a wonderful flavor; not too strong. If you are looking for a good, organic, raw coconut oil, try this! The price from iherb is great too!

Navitas naturals stevia powder is a great raw sweetener for diabetics, those suffering with candida, those on a low glycemic diet, or those who want to avoid sugars. Although it is good for raw recipes, especially smoothies and drinks, it works well for baking too. For baking, however, you really have to know how to use it first (or experiment :o)), as a very small amount will sweeten an entire recipe, so you may need to adjust liquids in the recipe. This stevia powder does not have the bitter aftertaste that many stevia powders have. Also, the price is outrageously cheap when you see how long the bag lasts!
