If you were to buy the actual cordyceps from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) shop, it will burn your pocket!! It can easily costs US$500 to 1,000 for a box of cordyceps. The capsules version is convenient and economical way to consume cordyceps. I drink it for general health support. I will definetly stop buying the actual cordyceps and take the pil. Kechingggg!

It comes in convenient packaging with separate compartment for each capsules. No need refrigeration but I still put it in the fridge. If you read the fine print, it can only withstand temperature of 26 degree Celcius. Beware of those room stable probiotics. It usually can only stand up to 25 to 27 degree C. If you live in tropical or southern part of states or during summer time, you need to refrigerate it for sure. Read the fine print. It is still best to put it in the fridge to maximise potency!I gave this to my daughter to support her digestive system.

I don't find this product to be that great for digestive support. I prefer Life extension digestive enzyme or perhaps super enzyme by now (have not tried yet)

I give this product for my kid for digestive suppoprt. She took it for almost 4 years as I just follow the people who wrote glowing report about it. I come to conclusion that it still works much better if you take multi probiotics No matter how superior the single strain is, our body needs multiple strains to make it work. Nonetheless, it is a good product if you don't mind spending the money like I did in the past 4 yr. I have stop using it and switch to multi strains probiotics.

I gave this product to my kid when she was very young to support her digestive system. Since the products contains fermented stuffs, it is realy not ideal probiotics. It just does not work for my kids, making it worst.This is especially apply for ASD kids since their guts are not "clean" and full of dysbiosis. By adding fermented stuffs , just like adding extra vitamin to those dysbios. Priority, it would be to remove those fremented stuffs from the guts not adding it. It is also quite pricey. you can get other probiotics half the price and works better.

I don't feel anything when i use this detox. It does not seems to work on me. Further , if you have fatty liver or if your liver is inflammed (in other words, the reading of your ALT/AST enzyme is outside normal range) DO NOT use it. I have expereineced it myself . I thought it would cleanse my live and bring down the inflammation. No...no my liver gets more inflammed! I got higher reading after completing the detox. It could be the alcohol contents irritate the liver even further!

I bough this supplements to gether with calcium/ bone support for my mom that has knees problems. To get synergetics benefits, need to take together with other bone support such as calcium/Boron/Colagen.
