I am satisfied after a month using it, I can feel it working. Has great Biotin content too. Although I am on Candida diet as well and you shouldn't count only on supplements like this, but seriously reduce high sugar and fat foods in your diet, eat more vegetables (especially leafy green ones), abstain from alcohol for a few months (you can have Red wine, no more than 2 glasses a day) and drink plenty of water. Get yourself Probiotics with high culture content too! Overall, excellent formula this one!

I have tried another herbal product of Paradise Herbs, and I'm all impressed with their quality. The extract is of very high quality and the effects, thus, are not just subtle, but very noticeable. However, beware: L-DOPA is not your average natural supplement to try for fun. It has some pretty pronounced effects on your brain chemistry, and, unless your health condition really requires it, I wouldn't recommend L-DOPA supps. to "healthy" individuals. Do not take this if you are prone to psychiatric disorders of the paranoia-mania-schizophrenia types. lol It will probably have positive effects for people with Parkinson's disease, however, you should cycle it on and off, otherwise, your neuro-receptors will get dull in a condition similar to drug abuse (or SSRIs abuse). I, personally, reacted badly to this L-DOPA, I took one capsule and I felt its peculiar effects quite pronounced in a few hours, it was evening. On the next day, half the day I felt incredibly spaced-out, emotionally blank and somewhat pointless. I tried it three more times, on different days - I felt the same, weird and not very pleasant. I do like this raw cocoa, very much. Tastes great and I like the dark chocolate bits in it too. I put two tea spoons in a hot mixture of milk and water, and enjoy it raw. 'tis delicious.

I like this product, though you need to use it for 2-3 months to see results with hair and nails. It is good for the immune system too

This product is of high quality. Though I do prefer powder form of ALCAR without any fillers

I liked it, but it finished too fast. Small packaging. Unfortunately, the cheaper Xylitol products are made of Corn and not Tree Bark

I take this as an added Choline source to my Pramiracetam regimen. I like this liquid formula, maybe it does make me calmer over period of regular use (about 0.5 ml a day in glass of water). At first, the first sublingual tablet I took, sometime in the early afternoon, made me seriously moody or more like very low, by the late evening. However, the next try was just before bead, I definitely felt relaxed, almost too much (lacking motivation for anything), good thing I was just about to sleep and I did slept well. Felt great in the morning. In all, this GABA supp. is effective, the question is, what effect you are looking for and what your needs are.
